

Kurt Nelson retired as a Command Master Chief after 27 years of active service in the United States Navy. He qualified as a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, Navy First Class Diver, Parachutist, and Marine Mammal Handler. His service was spent in operational leadership assignments spanning the globe, including deep sea salvage diving operations, mine countermeasures deployments to both Gulf Wars and the Kosovo conflict. He served as the Very Shallow Mine Countermeasures Detachments Senior Enlisted Advisor and Naval Special Clearance Team ONE's, Command Master Chief. His last duty assignment was as Command Master Chief at Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE.

Anthony Rodgers retired as a Commander after 23 years of active service in the United States Navy. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. He qualified as a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, Surface Warfare Officer, Naval Parachutist, Diving Officer, and Navy Acquisition Professional. He served as Commanding Officer of Navy Special Clearance Team ONE and retired as Chief Staff Officer at Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group ONE.

Anders Nelson has extensive experience in the conversion, organization, and analysis of spatial data. After graduating from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Geography, Mr. Nelson helped design and maintain custom pipeline facility management software for large interstate pipeline companies. This gave Mr. Nelson extensive experience managing large spatial databases containing both infrastructure and imagery datasets. Combining Mr. Nelson's database management skills and his ability to create accurate spatial representations of infrastructure, he has helped establish a solid foundation for our unique underwater GIS.

Tracy Dixon retired as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Senior Chief after 27 years of active duty in the United States Navy. He qualified as a Master Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician, Navy Second Class Diver, Naval Parachutist, and Submarine Warfare Specialist. His service was spent in demanding assignments including mine countermeasures deployments to the Arabian Gulf during the Tanker Wars and Desert Storm, Future Ops Staff NCO for an Expeditionary Strike Group deployment, Operations NCO and leader of the IED Electronic Warfare working - Joint IED Defeat Task Force, EOD Group ONE Operations LCPO, and Future Operations LCPO and Exercise Planner for US Navy Central Command’s Theater Security Cooperation effort.
